We find the tenant and do the move in documentation and you do the rest, cost is 60% inclusive.
Fully Managed
Same as let only but offering a hands off process we collect the rent and handle any tenant issues on your behalf cost 60% and 12% per month inclusive.
Block Management
if you have a block of flats we can look after the day to day running of the block including letting and management if you wish. contact us for a price.
Renewals or Rent increases
We can manage you contract renewals and rent increases with prices starting from £60 for a renewal and £120 for a rent increase including a new renewal after increase agreement.
