• No sale, no fee.

• Full market exposure and post-sale support.

• We arrange and conduct viewings and provide detailed feedback.

• Fee is 1.2% including vat, paid on completion. 

2. Private Sale

• For £500 (including VAT), we will list your property on major portals (Rightmove and Zoopla).

• We create an AI-generated property description that you can edit.

• You take the photos (landscape only), conduct the viewings, and progress the sale yourself.

• We provide helpful templates and documents to guide you through the process.

3. Fee-Free Agency

• A no-cost option for vendors, ideal for properties requiring a quick sale (around 80% of market value) or full modernisation.

• Once we find a buyer, completion is required within 56 days.

• The buyer pays a fee of 2% (including VAT) of the sale price.
