3. Fee-Free Agency

A no-cost option for vendors, ideal for properties requiring a quick sale (around 80% of market value) or full modernisation.

Once we find a buyer, completion is required within 56 days.

The buyer pays a fee of 2% (including VAT) of the sale price.

Owner controlled estate agency, you pay us to list you home, £500 including vat, you take the pictures (landscape) and with ai we create your advert that you can amend.
FeeFree Agency
Buyer pays the fee suitable for properties that either need a quick sale at around 80% of the market value or homes that need modernisation. The buyer pays a reservation fee 2% inclusive and has 56 days to complete the purchase.
