With our property investment side of our business, we buy homes in Warwickshire/West Midlands and we add value either buy simply doing the property up or extending and refurbishing. We have been doing this with other partners since 2002 and are now looking to do this with a group of investors. We will offer a return of 10% per annum and be able to show consistantly that we can deliver on time and on budget.

With having a lettings business since 2010 we have built up a large number of trades that we trust and know can deliver the projects we want on time and on budget.
